I decided to order this Surface instead of a new model to replace my old (dead) Surface Pro 3, because I just wanted to be able to browse the internet and watch videos. The order shipped quickly. The Surface arrived in pretty much perfect condition. I've had no issues with functionality. It's compatible with the keyboard I had for my Surface Pro 3 which was a huge plus. The battery life isn't great but that's expected of a used/older device. I mostly just keep it plugged in during use anyway. Very pleased with my purchase! My original Apple Watch SE fell off a counter onto a concrete floor and its screen got cracked and started coming loose from the body. After finding out the cost to have it repaired, I discovered it would be cheaper just to buy a refurbished model to replace it. I don't need the latest and greatest model; my old SE served me just fine so I bought the same model in "good" condition. I find it to be in even better condition than my old watch before it got damaged. If there are any flaws they are not even noticeable. This is my second purchase from BackMarket (I also bought my wife an iPhone 15 from here) and so far we have been very satisfied with both purchases!

Love this iPad. We purchased for granddaughter so she could FaceTime with us. We are getting FaceTimed several times a day now. The iPad came in excellent condition. The battery life is long and granddaughter is most happy. We screen timed the iPad for educational apps 90% of time. 10% games. The iPad you would think is new. Back Market is our go to for most of our tech needs. Love it.

I upgraded from an X, I also bought from this site, to this 11! (It’s new to me!) $160 with a tax for a phone close to new is a no brainer! Spending a $1000+ for a device to talk and text on just doesn’t make sense to me. When this 11 time is up, I’ll be back for a 12! lol

Smooth experience and a great starter Apple Watch. Came in well-packaged, setup was not a hassle at all. The band came disconnected from the body of the watch to better protect the body, nevertheless, everything was straightforward. Light scratches and dust present around the edges, but perfectly functional.

The condition of the phone was better than I expected, it arrived sooner than I anticipated, and it works better than I imagined. Setup was so easy, it was ready to use in a few short minutes.
