I got a phone that looked brand new, from the screen to the internals like processor and battery info, this phone was brand new in every way visually and performs better than my S23. I LOVE that it has an SD slot and Exynos chip set and prefer it over my "flagship" S23... If not for the status info showing it has been factory reset one time, there is nothing about my A53 that I could find that wasn't in brand new, unused, condition. Could not be happier with my decision to use Back Market to save $265 on my phone!

I would never buy a phone at retail again. Refurbished is the way to go. As far Pixel 4 goes, this has face id exclusively, with no fingerprint id. It's my understanding that Google brought fingerprint back on subsequent Pixels. With good reason. Face id isn't as convenient. I'm keeping the phone because in the grand scheme of things, who cares! But it's good to know and keep in mind. Back Market is great to work with.

I purchased a Google Pixel 3a in 'fair' condition. We have searched this phone for signs of wear or damage. There's a tiny nick on the side of the phone. Can't see anything on the screen. Works perfectly. Super pleased with this purchase.
