it works great but I don't know if it's just I'm a heavy phone user or it's quality has been lowered since it's a refurbished phone but it lags more then often and the phones battery seems to go out faster then my A54 5G

My phone didn't have a scratch on it and works great so far. It was also delivered faster than expected. At this point I would definitely use Back Market again.

I order a iPhone 11 Pro Max for my wife and the cable port to charge the phone is defective. So now I need to return the phone for repairs so now I need to reset to factory setting to clear all our info off the phone and then set up her old phone with her number so she will have a phone. Order #2 I must like punishment because I order Me Galaxy A53 and The Cellular Resource store on Back Market site shipped the phone to the wrong city even though they have my address now Im trying to get a refund.

Verizon will not unlock my phone.
