Galaxy A51 • Locked Verizon

I bought my last phone, samsung A50 on Back Market and it was awesome, I loved it. When I cracked the screen I decided I'd order another phone from Back Market. I ordered the newer version, the Samsung galaxy A51. It was shipped fast and the ordering process went smoothly, however I hate this phone!!! The wifi turns off all the time for absolutely no reason, it restarts by itself like once every 2 weeks then takes like 5 minutes to turn back on. Then after it does turn on all my wifi passwords are deleted and reset. It's super slow and I can't believe it's supposed to be an upgraded version of the A50. I'm probably going to go back and fix my A50 because the longer I try to use this phone the more irritated I get.

This is my second purchase. I got a phone in July, connected it in January. The phone is not working, it does not charge, it drops the calls, the quality of the phone call is bad,i.e. people are unable to hear me and I cannot hear them. I tried to email backmarket and I tried to use chat. I was unable to get any attention to this issue. I would not buy anything again and I do not recommend anyone to buy anything. It looks like they sell defective, damaged, non-working devices. You will just loose money.The Customer service is non-existant.

Pretty great phone only issue is the network connectivity is a little laggy but that's really just an issue with this model in general had the same issue on the one I got from Samsung directly too. Pretty fast delivery and package looked good. Been working awsome for a few weeks now.

Ordered the excellent condition unit. Arrived with ever so slight scratches on the back and screen is perfect. Seemed to have issues shutting off unexpectedly as it was being upgraded and activated but that issue seems to have disappeared.

This was my second puchase with Back Market. The product arrived as promised and the condition of the item was accuately described. Product performs well with no disappointment with the purchase.
