first & foremost, AMAZING experience. i ordered a “good” device and it came in essentially flawless (super minor scuffs on the body). at first i was skeptical to buy a refurbished device not directly from apple, but honestly, i’m never going back to apple refurbished after trying back market. delivery was super fast. couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏

Don’t sleep on BackMarket! After having my MacBook for 8 years it was time for a new one and I didn’t want to spend $1000+ I was just googling and BackMarket popped up. I did my research and saw the exact Mac I needed. Took a chance because I absolutely love what they stand for. I’m so glad I did! I absolutely love this MacBook Pro 16”! I was genuinely surprised by the quality—being a refurbished device, I expected some signs of wear, but it honestly looks and feels brand new. Performance is flawless, the screen is stunning, and the battery life is great. This was an incredible value, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend Back Market!

10/10 happy with my order! I am currently an EMT getting ready to attend a fire academy and needed something reliable and that wouldn’t get outdated too quickly to study/ take notes on as well as other recreational activities. I have had Windows laptops in the past and they have always degraded quickly and gave me numerous issues. I believe the M1 macbook pro is the best value for someone like myself and am really impressed with the price margin for a refurbished laptop that performs like this. I never carry a charger because the battery life is so good and the charger that came was brand new. My only complaint is that the charger does get extremely hot while charging the laptop to the point where it almost feels like it burns my hand and could cause problems but I hear that is normal for this model? Would definitely recommend for a friend

This is a great deal on refurbished MacBooks. This is my 3rd week with it and it is a 10/10 definitely would recommend.

I have had my refurbished MacBook Pro 2019 Core i7 for approximately a week and have had no issues thus far with the laptops performance! I originally was apprehensive about ordering but glad I decided to follow through. The laptop arrived in mint condition (no scratches or other cosmetic issues). All keys on the laptop work perfectly and no problems with (dead areas or pixels on the screen). The laptop arrived in the estimated shipping window and was packed in the box like Fort Knox. I am very happy with my purchase and would order again from Back Market in the future!

I paid for a “Fair” quality macbook but i have to say its more like PERFECT condition to me i was expecting it to come scratched or some knocks and nicks on it but it is in pristine condition and even the battery health is good its at 88% which is good considering we are in 2025 & i purchased a 2021 Year macbook , i would by from this seller again , quality of the packaging was good as well

At first I was skeptical buying a refurbished Macbook from Back Market but after comparing different sites and pricing, I felt more comfortable making the purchase. Once the item arrived, I immediately knew I had made the right choice. The packaging was very protective and the machine was as good as new! So far, it has performed impeccably and I wholeheartedly recommend BM to any and all that are looking for refurbished items at great prices!

It was as described which is all we can ask for. Macbook Pro is working great and the tiniest of wear but no tear and we chose the “good” option so again-as advertised. They took our trade-in in too which was awesome. I’ll use Back Market for my MacBook purchases forever and Im not kidding. Wish I had known about them years ago but glad I know now.
