I was looking for a low cost and reliable refurbished ThinkPad T-590 laptop. I selected an excellent condition model and the unit received looks / works like brand new laptop. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will use Back Market again for future purchases.

I bought this laptop 2 yars ago and it is still running well. I love this laptop and this website. I bought a phone and iPad for my nephew and both are perfect.

My son got this as a Christmas present, he needed more ram for his games and he absolutely loves it.

It's a great computer! Although it came with a 130 plug and the computer opens with a warning that it needs a 180 plug. But other than that, it looks brand new and works very well. I would definitely use backmarket again and recommend it to others

This was my first time using back market, I'm quite happy with the service and quality, I can't even tell that the device was previously used its in excellent condition. Shipping was fast, it actually arrived a day before the initial delivery date. The website did not say what version of windows 10 was installed so I had to take a gamble on that but it did come with Win 10 Pro.

Very happy with my laptop purchase. It was packed well and delivered on time. It was clean. It has great battery capacity and came with a brand-new power adapter. Everything is great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It's lovely, just like my old one except that this one works. I had only one slight surprise - it is bigger than the old one. I guess measure even once is something I should have considered. I am very happy. I love the idea behind your company, your attention to detail and your sense of humor. I want to never-buy-new again!

I’ve tried every key and every combination of keys as well as every other function I’m aware of and everything performs perfect. Back Market rules when it comes to returning electronics. I recommend highly. I just wish windows 10 wasn’t so dang different from windows 7. Couldn’t they make all the changes ‘in the background. Thanx again for a perfect transaction.
