I’ve tried every key and every combination of keys as well as every other function I’m aware of and everything performs perfect. Back Market rules when it comes to returning electronics. I recommend highly. I just wish windows 10 wasn’t so dang different from windows 7. Couldn’t they make all the changes ‘in the background. Thanx again for a perfect transaction.

Quick delivery, laptop is in great shape (purchased excellent quality, so this was not a huge surprise). Everything works great, keyboard + screen in good shape, no clicking on the trackpad which I heard was a problem for this model. I think they gave me a non-OEM charger so my laptop warns me that I'm using a low-wattage charger, but other than that no issues at all.

shipped quickly and seems to be as advertised. Not enough run time on it yet to know about reliability, but it met all my initial expectations.
