I ordered an excellent ROSE GOLD iPhone SE. First the item was not shipped when it showed shipped and I had to reach out for help (Which Back Market was excellent in responding) and then they stated they will overnight it but I received a silver scratched screen engraved writing of someone name and numbers on the back. I did not turn the phone on at all because clearly I didn't get what I paid for. If the seller did not have what I ordered, they should have just refunded me and not just anything they felt like sending.
