I was in the market for a new phone and was very seriously considering taking out one of those "loans" from Smart Pay so I could purchase a decent phone. That was until my coworker told me about Backmarket.com! I was very hesitant at first about ordering a refurbished phone but once I did some research, I decided to take a chance and I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB in Phantom Violet, "Good Condition". My new phone arrived this morning and OMG - I am absolutely BLOWN away!!! It looks fantastic! There are hardly ANY visible scratches except for one small one on the front (the back looks flawless), it was extremely easy to transfer over from my old phone, delivery was super quick, and I just simply cannot express how HAPPY I am with my purchase! I am beyond grateful to have found Backmarket.com! I will update/write another review in about 1-2 weeks once I have had a chance to REALLY see what this phone is all about. But like I said, at first glance, I AM ECSTATIC! Thank you, Backmarket!!!

Refurbished owned early 2022 to the end of 2024, only trading in to upgrade. I have used this phone for a few years and got me through everything I needed. Work, life, and taking pictures is part of my job and this refurbished I phone X did the trick! Thank you Back Market !!! I am now purchasing another phone to further my work in life. I will keep using Back market over and over until I get my dream phone on my time. That' s the best thing my dream phone on my time. It works folks. And, Back Market buys your old phone for a few bucks back in your pocket!!!!

I love this phone. I purchased this model mainly for the camera, however, I am discovering lots of other great features. This is my third refurbished phone purchase from Back Market. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Purchase and delivery was seamless! Thank you!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my refurbished SE 3 iPhone. It came in great condition and ready to be ported as soon as I opened the box. No owners manual but I didn’t expect one. The “tool” for the SIM card was a paper clip. Personally, I’m more fond of a toothpick for my sim removal but it was good enough. My battery life is 86%. It was guaranteed at 80%. I expected more scratches but the screen and body are great. I didn’t know anything about back market so I read the reviews and took a chance. I very happy I did.

The speaker on the phone has been terrible from the moment I got it. Even though I bought the "excellent" condition model. This is very disappointing. The only option I was given is to send it in and get a refund. Unfortunately as with many people, I cant afford to be without a phone, so now I am stuck with this one. Paid for an "excellent" phone and it might look excellent, but I cannot use it on speaker mode.

Awesome! This was my first backmarket purchase. I bought this in good condition and I'm super shocked in how great of condition it's in! Works great, only minor scratches that my phone case will cover up.

The phone is just as described. All functions of the phone wor, there is just a minor discoloration on the camera back, which is in line with their "Good" description. Thank you Back Market for giving the public a chance to own quality devices at realistic prices.

The truth my iPhone 13 goes super good. It was a good election. The only thing I didn't like was that the rear cameras are scratched around the edges. They're not the same color.
