My Daughter needed a quick replacement phone after her screen cracked. This was my first time buying anything refurbished. I was pretty nervous but pleasantly surprised. My order arrived a day early. The phone looked perfect on the outside, no scratches, cracks or dents, it even came with a privacy screen protector. Battery level was at 85% which was better than I expected. My Daughter loves her new phone. She’s only had it a couple weeks and I hope it holds up in the months to come but so far it’s acting normally, no error messages and charging properly. i am very happy with my first parchase from back market i really loved the device its been 2 months i am using it i bought it in good condition and there's no scratch at all in the device but the only this is the charges it stopped working after 2-3 days i think its not a big issue but yes i am happy to buy a new phn

I was apprehensive to buy a used iPad, and the price seemed too good to be true. I was wrong. The iPad was in excellent condition, not a scratch on it, and worked perfectly. And I saved so much money NOT buying a new one. Couldn't be happier. Have recommended to many friends already. I will buy from here again.

This is a legitimate dealer, very smooth transaction. Gave me updates from the time I purchased to the arrival date. Only negative I've found, is the battery is not as impressive as my previous A32, but, as stated it is a used phone.

This thing looks like it's new. it's got a couple of minor scratches on the screen, but I would expect that even with a new phone. Everything works nothing has broken. It's well worth the price, and your service was good. Keep up the great work!

delivery was good, packaging all that. the phone was a little beat up but I got what I paid for not mad about that. the charging port is messed up. i have to put my charger a certain way. I know it's the phone because I tried several different chargers. its manageable but annoying.

Overall, Satisfied with condition of phone Except for the fact that the fingerprint detector doesn't work. Extremely disappointed that all the links on the website to somehow report this problem. Go to a broken webpage. This is even true for the links embedded in this comment . It's unfortunate that the return policy would not support me requesting a replacement. As I cannot afford, do not have my phone for a few days. Perhaps Back market could offer some type of advanced replacement, even if it had to be prepaid.

Honestly one of the best sellers I’ve seen on this app! They made sure that it’s actually in “excellent” condition and provided a seal on the phone.

The only thing that’s wrong with it is when the brightness is down, the screen isn’t 100% dim. Blacks have a greenish hue. Otherwise, zero complaints!
