Got the Galaxy S21 5G about 2 weeks ago and it's been great! Looks and works like brand new. I never would have guessed it was refurbished if I hadn't purchased it myself. Everything is working great, the shipping was fast and earlier than expected. My first experience with backmarket was impeccable and will be making more.purchases through them in the future.

Everything works VERY WELL I am more than happy with my purchase & the quality of the phone. It seems 2b just as described fully unlocked I have not had any issues as of this text....so ! Keep up the good work...! Thx 4 being an honest dealer !

I have been shopping around for a refurbished phone for many months and finally made my choice with BackMarket and am happy to have done a small part to decrease e-waste. I was pleased with the ablity to choose a condition level and pay according to that condition and that they had a Note20 Ultra available. The phone I received was in the condition listed and worked great except it came with an S pen that doesn't connect to my phone. Customer Service has been slow and unhelpful so far. After waiting over a week, I got a response and it was simply to go to some websites for troubleshooting I had already completed with no offer to simply swap out my S pen. I have had this phone for a few short weeks and expected to receive a working S pen with it. I encourage you to still purchase a device from BackMarket but be aware that customer service is not quick and it may take several weeks for a resolution.

Phone was in almost perfect condition! There were a few scratches but we got the fair one. Works perfectly, no battery or system the packaging was secure and made sure that there was no damage during transport. It got here in 3 days instead of the 5!! We will be buying our next phone here! Highly recommend backmarket to everyone!!!!

Product was in peak condition, I didn't notice any scratches or dents. Delivery time was quick and fast. Definitely recommend back market to all friends and anyone reading this review you will be shocked how these refurbished phone can look new out the

I had to replace a phone but all models with lots of storage are pretty pricey. I decided to go with a refurbished model that had lots of memory and expandable storage as well as a good camera. I am exceedingly pleased with the phone so far. It looks good and works like a charm! I am extremely happy with this phone and grateful for the constant contact from Backmarket.

I keep getting compliments on it! It's a fantastic phone with a stunning processor and camera. Bought in fair condition, but honestly looked good as new. I bought my last phone refurbished as well and never had a problem with it and this one is just as good.

Quality of physical phone is great, but transition from Note 9 not so easy. Changes to basic functions are confusing. Contacts software is confusing and has eliminates easy, tab select search. Closing apps process is all or none. Not good.

As most people, I was very hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, will let me tell you how extremely happy I was when I opened this up, looks alone I was astonished, then after i transferred old to new! WOW! As if I ordered a brand new phone, would definitely recommend!
