This is my 1st time trying a Microsoft laptop. I have always had a Dell or HP. I am pleasantly surprised with this selection. It has met my needs. Very sleek, lightweight and very fast. I will be purchasing again after this experience.

It came in great condition with minor scratches on the outside that are barely noticeable. It was delivered quickly and in secure packaging. Works perfectly and definitely worth the price!

the appearance is very good … looks new to me. I like the size very much too. In the past I had spent hundreds of dollars on laptops until my grandson asked me exactly what I used them for; and after hearing what I said, he ( a computer science graduate and IT support to VP of a company) recommended a Dell Chromebook and buying it from Back Market. I’ve spent under $100 and feel really good about it. Works great. And I don’t feel I need to buy expensive protection for it…. I don’t use it for banking however. I am a senior citizen and highly recommend this unit as well as Back Market to others! It’s the way to go!

used so not perfect but works .for the cheap it was great beater laptop while my main one is down for upgrades because reliability issues. it's good for normal laptop use nothing crazy

I received the Dell chrome book which was in excellent condition looks brand new just I little scratches on the top but still looks brand new very happy I will get all of electronics from Backmarket any time.

Me being completely in the dark about computers, I didn't realize the Chromebook i purchased was too old to be updated. There should be a note about that in the description. Otherwise I'm delighted with my experience at back market.

I received my order 2 days than the estimated time and it got here very fast no problems or scratches for it not to be perfect or in good condition. I've also bought a iPad a couple of months and it's was perfect as well

The laptop is exactly what I was expecting. Works perfectly (albeit a little slow but that's to be expected) and it's in great condition. Shipping was a little weird because the date kept changing, but it ended up arriving on time.
