Price and service were fine. I bought two Chromebooks for my nieces in the Philippines who are in college. I hope these lap-tops will be a big help in their studies just as they were for many high-schoolers in the US during and pandemic. They will receive the Chromebooks next month and if they need to have any adjustments to work properly, I don't think that will be a problem. Thanks, Bruce Holvenstot. Got this for my teenage daughter to do school work and it is wonderful. Definitely worth every penny.

We bought this for our 8 yr old to use mainly for educational programs so didn’t need anything fancy but this device is in excellent condition, fast and I didn’t even realize it was a touch screen 😆 and the price?!?! UNBEATABLE!! This is my 2nd laptop purchase and BackMarket has earned a customer for life! I tell other moms who are looking to check you out first! Ty for all you’re doing!

It came and works great! My son loves it! Everything was in great shape and came packaged extremely well. I hope to buy another one soon for my 2nd grader.
