Sent this as a birthday gift to my son-in-law whose Apple Watch finally bit the dust. He’s very hard on watches (as well as other tools), but loves the updates Apple Watch sends to communicate with kids. Love Backmarket because I could replace his watch without breaking the bank.

I got the good quality so obviously it wasn't perfect looking but they work just like new noise canceling and sound quality is just so good you completely forgot they are refurbished

Honestly really good condition and I had gotten good it was very little to like almost no scratches on it and is doing great I’ve had it for a month and i absolutely love it if you are thinking about getting it do totally worth it

Wonderful delivery. The laptop came in great condition with standards much higher than "very good". I would dare say that it is as good as new. Your business has much better quality control for gently used tech which rivals "open box" deals from big box department stores. In the past, I have found them to be comparable in price but in abysmal shape for models from floor models and the repaired ones.

Quality is great and works awesome!! I use this for my office after I spilled soda on my keyboard. They shipped this out so quick and got it delivered so fast! So glad I found this place! Will be ordering another for home!

I ordered an iphone 13 mini in excellent condition. It arrived yesterday and I opened the package today. I took note of the following characteristics: (1) NON-APPLE SCREEN - I chose a iPhone 13 mini partially due to wanting a OLED screen from Apple. However, I noticed that when I displayed an all black image, the screen still glowed. In an OLED, the screen will go to true black. I also received an alert when I fully started the phone indicating that the screen was a non-genuine part. On this webpage: https://help.backmarket.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402499904530 Blackmarket has the following statement on what a refurbish alert means: "It only means it was replaced with a new battery (or camera or screen) that works just as efficiently as the original one" This statement is false. LCD screens draw much more power than OLED. If a phone is designed for OLED, then it will overheat if an LCD is installed. Sure enough, the phone I received ran hot. (2) SCRATCHES - I immediately observed scratches on all 4 corners on the front of the phone (on the metal housing). There were also scratches around the back cameras, though the lenses did not appear impacted. If scratching were the only issue...

It arrived in 2 days. Everything as in the description. Very minor scratches on the outside. Screen is perfect and works perfect. 82% battery. Would recommend

Works great one week in! Battery life is long lasting. Watch arrived as described, band was white but I have my own metal band anyway.
