Ok so I finally received my IPad & it’s absolutely everything that I thought it would be I was a little throw off by the packaging because I was expecting my original box or something close to it but it comes like it’s a insurance replacement I had to remember tho on the website it does explain that these are refurbished items that range anywhere from FAIR GOOD OR EXCELLENT I ordered excellent I also thought i ordered a gold iPad but it came in silver no biggie but so far original boxing or not by far a great product & works great brand new charger the actual fast block by Apple charger came with this I love it I left plenty of videos & pictures to review & the case first amazing 5stars⭐️

All good but I wasn't able to get the $5 off for 3 years code you gave me to be accepted by VISIBLE which,sadly, makes a big difference to me as right now money is super tight. If there is anything you can do to get VISIBLE to honor that 3 year $5 off discount I would really really appreciate it. They had another code where I get $5 off for I think 18 months so I was able to get that but your discount was for twice as long. Inflation is really messing with me but you guys enabled me to get this great phone for very little money so thank you! I certainly recommend you! Now I need a cell signal booster since I live in a mobile home aka a Faraday cage and I'm looking to buy one that is refurbished. Any sites you guys recommend? My experience with you was definitely 5 star!!

Back Market so far has always sent me very amazing refurbished electronics that never had scratches or anything wrong with them. The latest thing I purchased was a iPhone 14 Pro Max and it came like it was brand new! Good job Back Market, 10/10.

Amazing! My other MacBook just stopped turning on and I wasn’t sure what to do because the timing was awful. So glad I took “the risk” to buy a refurbished product. It works great and didn’t break the bank!

The phone is physically in good condition, everything moves kinda slowly but to be expected for a refurbished phone from 2020 lol. Came quickly and does what it needs to, thanks!

It came earlier than expected! It was 40% charged and it has no scratches, or dents it literally looks like new. I use this ipad to draw and it works with apple pen or stylus alternatives. I encourage you to give it a try! It is way better than spending hundreds on a new ipad :D

Really, Happy with the purchase and delivery, The phone was in really good shape and no problem transferring from my older phone using iOS 15.x.x. Trying to get Visible to get it connected to their network was a very long process but not the fault of Back Market or the iPhone. For me the phone as manufactured was very slippery, I was able to install a case to solve that problem. We will be back some day! ;0)

The laptop seems to be functioning well so far. However, when I received it, the keyboard and screen were covered in a sticky residue that took me about an hour to remove. I shudder to think of what that stickiness was from. Pretty gross.

Honestly, I truly loved this item I purchased. I was a bit confused how the product has crumbs and really sticky when I opened the package and had to do some disinfecting but overall it was a really nice product. But I’m grateful that the seller and back market was really professional and quick about my refund. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.
