    i got this macbook for school and i must say i was on the fence because i this would’ve been my first time purchasing from the site or getting anything refurbished really but it works perfectly so far! good as new and serving it’s purpose!

    This is the second purchase I've made from Backmarket and the second time I've been impressed with how well they refurbish their products. I wanted to wait a while to make this review, and I've honestly had no problems. I can't wait to buy from them again. Also, if you're skeptical on buying this phone don't be, just go for it, I promise you'll love this phone. (Galaxy Z Flip 3)

    Before I bought the Note 20 Ultra 5g back in October 2023, I looked around and did my research. From the phone itself to the distributor. I didn't want to waste my money on anything sub-par that couldn't do what I needed it to. Nor did I want to give my money to a shady company that's earned an infamous reputation & having multiple less than desirable reviews. When I found out about Backmarket and read into them and their family of tech savvy refurbishers,along with their mission, as well as all the reviews from satisfied customers; I thought I had found my new home for tech and electronics. 3 months later I'm still extremely happy with my phone and Backmarket. Btw I bought my phone in "fair" condition however with an exception of 1(one) tiny little faint scratch on the screen, it looks like it could pass for new. Bravo Backmarket team. 👏 Thank you.

    Everything about it is great other than the battery life. I knew ordering refurbished meant that the battery might not be great but the battery in this thing is awful and doesn’t hold a charge very long

    This phone looks like new. This refurbisher has my top rating. Ordered on Thursday night, Late. Phone came via USPS and was in my mail box by Wednesday. I consider that great service and shipping. I ordered another phone for my wife and the Refurbisher (not this one) Shipped FredX no cost to me. Still waiting for wife's phone a week later.

    I THINK I will like it fine. There are differences from my prior MacBook Pro, but I am learning them as I go along. I THINK all is good! Thank you for asking. That's impressive! After more use, three things seem to happen: 1) A lot of letters get typed, but show as a blank space, in lieu of the letter like this as an example, com es, 2) autocorrect comes up with some really weird recommendations (don't see how that could be laptop related) and 3) I seem to be hitting two keys at one time compared to my prior computer (MacBook Pro). Could the keyboards be different sizes? Both had 15" screens. Thanks!

    Battery life, screen and keys are in wonderful condition. This is my first MacBook and I'm obsessed. It works wonderfully for my basic needs. I have decided to buy the 2020 version as well and give this one to my daughter. Thank you!

    Nothing but a seamless transaction, delivery, and line of communication with Back Market for my daughter's "new" MacBook! She requested one for her birthday, and with the cost of them to buy new, we knew we wouldn't be able to go that route. The device arrived within a few days, was packaged very well to prevent any damage during shipping, and is working just like "new!"     Fabulous! Our computer Guru recommended BackMarket and I am extremely pleased. Unfortunately, my husband dropped the new iPad and the screen is damaged beyoond repaair. So, I will be on the hunt for another one for my dear one. Thank you.

    When the box arrived the iPad was on inside the box and was set with audio key tap or whatever it’s called so I had to set it up and then wipe it clean again to set my information on it since I wasn’t about to trust putting my information on an iPad that was already on but after that it worked perfectly
