It came earlier than expected! It was 40% charged and it has no scratches, or dents it literally looks like new. I use this ipad to draw and it works with apple pen or stylus alternatives. I encourage you to give it a try! It is way better than spending hundreds on a new ipad :D

What can I say, it's an awesome computer. And getting it refurbished means I paid about 1/5 the original price. I like the touch bar at the top, although you have to get used to not accidentally brushing against it when working in Word. Overall, it's the fastest, most high quality computer I've ever owned. And it's so shiny :D

All good but I wasn't able to get the $5 off for 3 years code you gave me to be accepted by VISIBLE which,sadly, makes a big difference to me as right now money is super tight. If there is anything you can do to get VISIBLE to honor that 3 year $5 off discount I would really really appreciate it. They had another code where I get $5 off for I think 18 months so I was able to get that but your discount was for twice as long. Inflation is really messing with me but you guys enabled me to get this great phone for very little money so thank you! I certainly recommend you! Now I need a cell signal booster since I live in a mobile home aka a Faraday cage and I'm looking to buy one that is refurbished. Any sites you guys recommend? My experience with you was definitely 5 star!!

JUST WOW! This Mac is is excellent condition and so far it’s running very smoothly, screen is very clear the software is updating perfectly and over all condition looks practically NEW! I’m very pleased with my purchase so far! I love the Touch Bar on top of keyboard it’s working perfectly!, keyboard is also working perfectly and it’s very clean, all buttons are working fine. I will try transferring all my data from my PC to this Mac and will update again after all works perfectly if works perfectly. But overall I’m incredibly happy with my new MacBook Pro! Macbook was charged and ready to go! I checked specifications and they were accurate. I checked the os for any signs of installed programs or information. The MacBook seemed to go through a quick reset than a full wipe and reinstall of the OS. I had to spend another 3 hours downloading to the most updated version. Additionally, while the computer was reset there was previous printer drivers still store in the computer. I did a full restore and reinstallation of the OS. Life of battery does drain a bit faster but with 500 cycles on a 6 year old computer, that is expected. I may go to the Apple Store in a year or two to reset and get a new battery. Otherwise, happy!
