No complaints at all. EZ ordering, had every option I wanted in stock at an affordable price. Shipping was warp speed & trackable. iPhone looked brand new & operated as new, battery was 100%. Just popped my sim card out of the old & into the new. Badda bing badda boom happy customer!

First, what I ordered, Galaxy S23 is exactly as described. The appearance and condition of the phone is practically brand new. There are a few hairline scratch marks in the glass screen but nothing that interferes with the operation. I have the phone in a case and a screen protector, anyway. Secondly, the response time is quick when uploading/downloading photos and documents. It is also quick when searching the internet. The size is a bit smaller than the Galaxy S20+ I own but perfect fit in my hand. I would say more manageable and weighed better, too. This is a replacement because the S20+ is a very delicate phone. It's all glass with a thin aluminum frame. I had it in a very secure case and both back and front glass cracked easily. Anyway, the S23 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is faster than the S20+. The only draw back the S23 doesn't have a sd card slot, as most newer phones don't. Hopefully, Samsung will honor their word providing UI and security patch updates through 2027. In my opinion, buying a pre-owned phone that is in good working condition is the way to go. So I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone but eventually went through with it, the phone works great and looks great, I ordered it in good condition and there were a few scratches on the corners that were fairly visible which I don't have a problem with, some people said they ordered in in good condition as well and theirs came in flawless. I personally love it and for anyone reading this, it is worth it if you're skeptical about ordering from here, I will most definitely order from here again!

Quality described as "very good" but I'd actually describe it as excellent. Battery health is showing 100%, meaning it's likely a replacement. That's great in my book. No visible scratches or imperfections on the device. The only thing that was odd was the box it shipped in was for a 64gb iPhone 12 while the device itself was a 128gb. Not a huge deal though and my son didn't even notice when opening it for his birthday. Very happy customer here.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! 🤩 Received my Galaxy s20+ 128g Baby Blue exactly how it was described: Excellent Condition. Not a single scratch. I wasn't worried tho cuz I bought it on Back Market. It came with the original box and a Samsung charger and cord. Delivery was super fast. Received it in its than 48hrs from my purchase. I won't hesitate to buy again from this dealer or Back Market!

Delivery was quick and easy. The phone looks great besides a few scratches and screen being a bit wonky. iPhone alerted that its not an actual part. However, for a refurbished phone it is pretty good!

Awesome experience and hassle/worry free. Phone arrived FAST (two days to NJ) and exactly as advertised - Excellent condition (flawless), unlocked, 256GB storage. All components work perfectly including the battery and even came in a factory Samsung box. Works perfectly on Verizon system. Transition from old device was smooth. Will be shopping BackMarket again (and hopefully same seller) for an upgrade for my wife. Got a flagship phone for a third of the "upgrade" price. Great options for short term financing if you don't want to pay in full up front. Couldn't ask for more.

This was my first time ordering from Back Market, the phone was shipped quick, I bought the “Good” phone and I did not see any scratches on the screen. The phone was for my son who just turned 13, it works good and charged just fine. I will buy from Back Market again.
