I’m happy with my new iPhone 15! It’s in good shape and it doesn’t have any outside flaws that I can see with my naked eye ( although I did get excellent condition). Though I’m not impressed with the battery capacity ( 87% ) it still holds charge good. It’s what i expected refurbished, and I’d buy from here again!

They really fulfill what they promised! iPhone is like new! I love it! Definitely will buy from here again.

I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything. Including to "be ready today" because my delivery was expected...and was made. The phone itself is perfect. It is claimed that it has been refurbished. They may be not telling the truth. It seems like it is Brand NEW! I will definitely use Back Market again when the need hopefully rises for my growing business. Then I will be able to give a full 5 smiley face review since I will know what I am doing!

My experience with Back Market has been tremendously positive. This phone was the 4th item I've purchased refurbished from Back Market. The iPhone 15 quality is certainly better than the iPhone 12 I traded in. One downside is the phone has crashed a few times while in Portrait mode in the camera app. The OS froze then the screen went fuzzy. I had to manually reboot the phone a couple of times. On the 12 it would sometimes lag in Portrait mode but this was a first. I'll keep an eye on it.

I like my iPhone 15 Plus a lot. Apps that were getting glitchey on my older phone now run smoothly. I didn't make use of the offered buyback on my iPhone 11 because a local repair/reselling shop offered me double the dollar amount, and now I'm a happy camper.

Sooo where do I start… I purchased a phone from backmarket & at first I was skeptical because I had read mixed reviews which was after I purchased the phone. I panicked and went to cancel my order due to some not so good reviews but was out of the timeframe to do so. My plan was to return the phone as soon as it arrived. Once my order processed I received a call from the small company in which I purchased it from and they had said the one I ordered, after being assessed before shipment had a few things that needed to be fixed before shipping out but they had another the exact same but in white, if I didn’t want to wait. I agreed and let me tell you, I am sooo glad it went through with the purchase from this company. Not only did they reach out to me in which were very polite and professional but this 14 plus came very well packaged and flawless. I literally had to inspect it because I couldn’t believe it was a refurbished phone. If you are in search of a refurbished phone then I HIGHLY recommend the company TIGERPHONES!! Hands down will purchase from them again!! Thank you guys.. PS shipping was just a few days too A+++

When my husbands iPhone stopped working it was not a big stressful deal , last year I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 mini from Backmarket , it’s still working great ! I went online found the ones I thought he would like , let him pick & Done !! Great price , fast shipping!! Thanks 😊

The 16 Plus was in pristine condition when received. Saved a few hundred dollars vs buying directly from Apple. Have bought 3 iPhones and a MacBook from Back Market. All items were in great condition. I will continue to use them in the future.

I personally had no issue with the cellular device. I ordered the wrong size. Seller was very professional and polite. No issues.
