phone is perfect exactly what I ordered nothing is wrong with it even came with a good durable charging cord and block and was able to pop a Sim in it and it works perfect 110% happy will be referring people here I was skeptical at first but 100% worth it

I got this phone for a Christmas present for my wife and it's been great so far. It looks and performs like new. This was the 2nd S20 Ultra 5G from BackMarket. I got one for myself back in July and it has been great as well.

My first time ordering from them was an adventure as the phone was stolen during shipping. Contacted them and they made it right by giving me a discount on the next order. The new order arrived on time and couldn’t be happier. The phone was as though it was brand new. Would def recommend again

I really like it! It's much faster than my other android. I'm getting used to taking screen shots with 2 hands tho. Not as convenient as other phones.

I got “Excellent” condition, and it was even better than I anticipated! I bought it for my wife, and I liked it so much I’m getting myself one. Price was better than a used one on FB marketplace or OfferUp.

The product was delivered in excellent condition including a fully charged battery! Ya'll have provided the type of service that would please even the most demanding mother out there. I especially liked the composition and delivery of all your communications, very entertaining in an often too drab and dull world!!! I'll try to think of something negative about my experience with Back Market and get back to ya. In the meantime you'll have to live with the positives. Have an awesome day!!!

If I didn’t use the buy back your old phone feature , it wouldn’t have been that much difference in buying a brand new phone same model full retail price. Besides that , great customer service, phone came in excellent condition as if it was never used, the site is easy peasy to navigate. I appreciate their service here, just think the prices could go down a bit more.

I can not explain in words how excited and satisfied I made my purchase on tuesday it arrive on thursday and it looks practically brand new !!!!! i highly recommend Black Market retail to anyone that dont wanna spend ridiculous prices for a phone its affordable and arrives in good timing !!!!
