    This is my first refurbished electronic purchase so I was a little nervous about quality, but I love this keyboard! It came in the original box and packaging, and was free of damage and marks, just as described. So far I have had no problems it works great! Awesome getting a great discount on a like new product.

    The I mac I purchased is the 3rd purchase from Backmarket, Have been great, I really like this updated mac and runs great and as expected, It came in the original box and had the original liners although it looks like some one had re-packaged it, all good, Has 16MB RAM which is an up grade, only issue I had was the glass screen tilted forward away from the frame I guess the glue came loose so I used clear packaging tape to re up the adhesion. Mayb I'll get some glue for it. But like I said its a fabulous machine at near half the price of the new one. I'm very satisfied with this purchase as I have with my previous purchases from Back Market and will definitely be back again. :)

    This purchase helps. A while back I've purchased a MacBook pro where half of the keyboard lights didn't work. It did not get resolved due to the amount of time needed to ship the product back. Next-day shipping wasn't offered. The seller did try to contact me to resolve my challenge but I felt that product should not have been shipped to me malfunctioned anyways. After this transaction, my confidence is starting to grow again for Back Market. As for the MacBook, I've traded it in and purchased a new one. Bummer!
