the unit was in immaculate condition... battery was 100%... up and running in next to no time thanks to Apple Migration Assistant... so far everything is as BackMarket promised (my trade-in is pending so we will see how that goes)

I was skeptical about buying refurbished items as I had a bad experience a few years ago(not from back market though), but I have to say everything works great! I got excellent condition and it literally came as if it’s new out of the box. The charger was a bit dirty so I had to wipe it down, and the only thing bad about the computer is it dies rather quickly and it can be slow to load at times. Other than that I love it! Would recommend.

This was my first ever order on Back Market and I was a little nervous to try it, but needed a budget friendly computer for going back to college and have always preferred MacOS so I didn’t want to opt for a cheap Chromebook. I was honestly shocked seeing a 32gb pro going for such an affordable price. I went ahead and bought it but remained very skeptical throughout the entire process. It was shipped VERY quickly like within about 3 days. When it arrived, I looked it over carefully. It was fair condition, but the only damage was some light dings around the edges like you’d expect from any electronic that’s been used for longer than a couple months. The screen didn’t have any damage. I checked it for dead pixels and the screen looked great. All the buttons worked great, the Touch Bar worked great. All of the ports worked. Microphone and speakers worked. Checked the serial number and everything matched. It performed exactly as expected. Ultimately I did end up returning it, solely because I meant to order an M1 Mac instead of an Intel Mac. Came better than I expected. This is my first time buying a laptop for an investment of multiple years, and the shipment was really good. They sent me probably around a 60W brick and cable, but I already have a 100W brick so I didn't really need the charger. The battery that came with this laptop only had 180 cycles, or 92% of the original maximum capacity of this laptop. The "good" quality was a very VERY tiny bump on the bottom of the laptop, but you would not notice it unless you are very close to the casing and actively looking for it. No problems with the machine, it works perfect! 10/10 would recommend this seller.

It's 2024 and Back Market is still the top market. If you're looking for a sign to press confirm, THIS IS IT. I ordered my macbook in a fair condition, but it arrived looking excellet. The shipping process was very quick and effective. Even when I had an issue, they quickly resolved the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

it was great, looked as new. only incident is the "delete" key was stacked (pushed down) would not pop back up, so no deleting function. thought about return back, has the key fix. but my son got it figured out!! All good now. good product and delivered in time! Thank you!

I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. Thank you for making these young people’s lives a celebration of life. The refurbishment made all of this possible. Well done!

The laptop arrived today and I couldn’t be happier!! I was a bit apprehensive since I’ve never purchased a MacBook refurbished before, but I can say that this MacBook Pro is perfect!! There is not a single flaw and I’ve checked the specs and everything matches up to the description!! I am so glad I looked for a refurbished model before spending over double the price on a brand new one! With a 16gb ram its super fast and works great! Thanks for the amazing computer!!
