    I love my MacBook! Besides a tiny dent and a tiny scratch (to be expected from ordering Fair condition), it honestly feels brand new. It's so easy to use, has the latest updates, and runs like a dream. I will definitely order from Back Market again and would pick this product again!

    I am very pleased with my Mac from Back Market! It arrived quickly and in excellent shape! I have never ordered from them before, but I will always check the site before I buy electronics elsewhere. I am spending conscious and I don't care about the newest model, but I also want nice and reliable products. Back Market is the answer for me - I get the best of both worlds!

    I got a MacBook Air M1 and it exceeds my expectations! It seems to operate great. As for the condition, I ordered "good" condition and it barely has any visible marks on the body, and the screen looks brand new. Shipping was also fast.

    I needed a newer MacBook Pro, but I didn't necessarily want to get a brand new one through Apple, and I didn't want to necessarily go through Ebay either. So I went through BackMarket again, as I have done with several other devices. Everything was great. The computer arrived in a matter of days, and works like a charm. Can't beat that.

    We just received and opened this device, but I have some concerns based on my initial inspection. Our previous 2022 MacBook Air developed a cracked screen bezel during normal use by a Physical Therapist who has an excellent track record with laptop care, so I’m already a bit cautious. With this newly received 2022 Air, I noticed a small piece of metal protruding from the left screen hinge area on the back/underside of the laptop (I have video documentation). I attempted to remove it, but couldn’t access it. When we opened the laptop, there was a noticeable catch in the screen followed by a small clicking sound. After closing the laptop and rechecking the hinge, the metal piece was no longer visible. My concern now is that the metal piece may be loose inside the device and could potentially cause damage if it becomes lodged elsewhere. The good news is that I do not hear any rattling or feel any more clicking while opening and shutting the laptop. My true hope is that this metal piece just broke off and is in the room with me - not inside the laptop. We chose to purchase through Back Market this time after a poor support experience with a previous seller, and I’m hoping for guidance on the best next step. Would you recommend returning the device now to avoid potential internal damage, or is it reasonable to continue using it and monitor for issues? If someone from Back Market could weigh in, I’d greatly appreciate it. I’m happy to provide the inspection videos and any additional details via email if needed. Thank you!

    So far so good right out of the box (packaged very securely and safely) - was near flawless so I am glad I paid the extra for Excellent condition. Only small hiccup was needing to do a few restarts to acknowledge the new screen that looks like was replaced (thankfully it looks like they use authentic Apple parts which was great) during set up but other than that, all ports, screen, keyboard, touch ID, camera, mic, speakers, work. Good battery life as well (which I was concerned about). Overall, it was a good value and I look forward to pushing the M1 Pro for video editing in the future. I would recommend.

    The MacBook arrived in premium condition as advertised. It could have passed for brand new open box. After much research the 2020 MacBook price on Back Market was the best deal . This was an upgrade from a 2010 Macbook and the technology surpassed my expectations. I recommend Back Market to my family and closest friends.
