I was really nervous to be a refurbished MacBook from anywhere but Apple, but having a tight budget and seeing all the positive reviews, I felt really encouraged to buy from backmarket. Shipping was really quick and the condition of my MacBook Air was perfect- the only imperfection on the little feet grips on the bottom. Operationally it works perfectly, hold’s q charge well and I’m more than happy with that. I would absolutely purchase here again.

I got my MacBook Air within 3 days of ordering it. I went ahead and got the “Very Good” for $399. What an appropriate title! No scratches- awesome battery life thus far. HOWEVER- I’m having so problems with my USB. Whenever I try to plug my charger into my laptop, it goes in and out of working (it’s not the charger. I’ve tried others.) . Not a huge issue for me- as that’s not a function I use often. Would definitely recommend. I love buying refurbished because I’m saving money, not wasting, and my money isn’t going directly to a big powerful company like Apple!

My first time buying a refurbished Apple product and I was pleasantly surprised! It looked brand new when I opened the box! When I purchased it online it said 'Fair" condition but honestly this is like a brand new tablet! No kidding. It works very well. Have had zero problems with it since I received it. It also came with a charger.

I love my new MacBook, it came perfectly packaged and in great shape. I can’t stand Microsoft and windows products, they never last but Apple is (worth it) expensive. This refurbished option was great for me and now I have a reliable computer to do my school work on.

i was honestly very skeptical about ordering a refurbished macbook but it was totally worth it. great price and it came before the delivery date. i highly recommend buying from back market! computer was in great condition and i’m very satisfied!

I had this MacBook for a year. Never had any major problems with it. Initially, when I received it I noticed the Apple logo appeared to be "burnt-in" and was visible from the keyboard side of the screen. After doing some reading, I came to the conclusion that it was possibly a known issue with this model. However, when I went to sell this computer I was told the screen would need to be replaced. I'm upset that this wasn't clearly communicated beforehand.

I was quiet surprised when I got my macbook Air. Didnt know what shape it would be in after reading some reviews. Needless to say I was very pleased with the condition of laptop. No dings scratches and everything functioned like brand new. The whole process was very easy and every came exactly as told to me . I would definitely spread the word to friends and family about backmarket and definitely buy from them again.

Do it guys. Way cheaper than new laptop. Think of it as purchasing a brand new, older generation iphone from Walmart for a fraction of the price of a new, latest version iphone (I did this a few years back, that phone still works fine), except better because you are purchasing from an ethical website that allows third parties and their employees who work on refurbishing laptops to have a sales platform and helping fight capitalist advertising that brainshwashes everyone to buy more more more and also helping the environment. Update 1/27/2021: My laptop suddenly shut off back in September, wouldn't turn on, and smelt like burning hair. Fortunately, my default 1 year warranty didn't expire for another 10 days, so I was able to mail in my laptop for repairs. They repaired it and sent it back to me, and the laptop would turn on, but wouldn't hold a charge. So, I let them know, and they mailed me a new battery (per my request, faster then me mailing laptop back to them for new battery). I installed the new battery and my laptop has worked beautifully ever since. Yay

The iPad was in excellent condition, except that the camera didn’t work. When I contacted the seller they promptly replied and told me that a shipment was coming and he would send me a new one. I was extremely pleased with the response time and the resolution. Unfortunately, his shipment didn’t arrive on time and he let me know right away that he would refund me. I told him that I would prefer an exchange over a refund and I didn’t mind the wait. I received a message today with the shipment details. I am very happy with these sellers, and would most definitely purchase from them in the future. Super happy that I found backmarket!

Very nice iPad for the money. Arrived in a very timely fashion, easy to get it up and running. No fuss, no hassle. This is the second time I've ordered an iPad from Back Market and have been very satisfied both times.
