I'm on a restricted budget so ordered a "Good" quality Macbook. When it arrived, I couldn't find any issues with it whatsoever. It was just like brand new. No bezel cracks, no scratches, nothing. It was pristine and continues to work well at 3 weeks in. Good experience!

The dock arrived with noticeable scratches and a dent on one corner, so it definitely looks used. That said, it functions as expected. When using non-Dell devices, it sometimes throws a persistent “USB not recognized” error, which may or may not resolve on its own. Overall, I’m fine with these issues since it works properly and was only 20% of the retail price.

Item might even be in better condition than initially described, which is a plus. Battery life is sufficient.

So far, my new MacBook Pro is performing seamlessly.. Great machine at a great price.

Great computer in great condition. The battery life however was having issues. I contacted customer service and they are helping me return the laptop and replace it. Customer service really good. This is my third used laptop purchase from this site. Very happy!

Works fine. I had to get a usb hub because of the usb inputs on the computer (old Mac didn’t have those. Runs great so far. I’ll update this review once I download all of my my music software on it. Good job BackMarket!

Awful product received and customer service. I ordered a GOOD condition MacBook Pro — the condition was poor. The screen had damage on the bottom right with discoloration, the top of the laptop had multiple scratches and a few deep scuffs both on top and around the edge. The bottom of the laptop had a good sized dent in it with multiple scratches, and the back side of the computer was all dented from being opened from all being opened up, and the keyboard was all dirty upon opening too with a white dried substance in it. It also wouldn’t boot normally, despite multiple attempts on different internet connections, I could not get the computer out of internet recovery. I reached out to customer service and all they tried to do was blame the shipping company despite sending all of the photos that proved couldn’t have possibly gotten damaged by the shipper, especially for lack of damage to the shipping box. Once I was finally able to speak to someone after they received the computer back, they offered me a discount and a better quality computer, after some back and fourth about the type of computer I’d be getting in return (they wouldn’t send me a link, I’m assuming because the price was probably the same) they said that it was either the same computer with a discount or the “upgraded model”. Not both. It’s been two weeks dealing with this so decided on a refund and will purchase from somewhere more reputable. DONT BUY. Also came with a super old charger that wasn’t for this model.

Device was shipped fast and was exactly as described! This is my second purchase from Back Market and it won’t be my last!!
