I was very super please with the speed of the delivery, as well as the packaging was good and kept the phone safe during its travels. This is the second item I have bought from Back market; the first being a Chromebook over a year ago that (knock on wood) is still running smoothly and to this day have had to issues...other than the charging cord has come up missing... But that is most likely the doing of a pouty roommate who is a little pouty w/ me right now. So I'm thinking that was his Pinky and the brain plan to get back at me temporarily...lol or I kinda do hope so anyways.

although I purchased the US Mobile Starter Kit, I didn't really need it. I was already a US Mobile customer, so all I had to do was transfer my Sim card to my new phone, and I was ready to go.

I ordered the US Mobile sim kit with my new to me device from BackMarket. I hoped this would speed up getting the new device activated, but I've had all sorts of hang ups with getting that done because the refurbished device may have previously been registered with them. That's frustrating, I likely wouldn't recommend or order it again. As of now, I haven't been successful in activating a new line with US Mobile even though I'm a new customer.

I wanted to add a plan prior to current plan running out because my pay day was 2 days after my plan ran out. I did not see where I could add another plan or just days so I would not lose service but other than that I’m happy with you service.

Love the phone. Didn’t use the trial. Not interested at this time. Thank you for providing the less expensive option to a new phone.

I’m not gonna lie at first when I had got it I was like OK let me go ahead and set it up see if I can set up online or whatever but I didn’t know that you had to have like five or $10 in your checking account even I keep everything in my savings to pay like the service fee that’s why I wasn’t going through at first when I had put in the Sims card and stuff like that because I know how to insert the Sim card with the Sims card tool thing that you used to insert it in there like the guy that was on the phone I know he was Indiana what he was but he acted kind of slow a little bit because he could’ve said well Malik you got to have money on there for the service week but I’m thinking OK you could just add your card on file you don’t have to have no money on there but you could’ve said you had to have money on there to pay the service fee so I know now but you it’s at the minute like I wanted to go somewhere I had to be on the phone with the guy for like an hour or two but other than that I don’t have any complaints or issues so far I recommend getting Ting Mobile Service & U.S Mobile

US Mobile trial starter kit is amazing. No complaints here, service works great!

I received the phone with the charger and cord. One + is a New phone for me and I like it. Bigger screen and in good condition, the trial US mobile is working well too.

Very easy to make it work. I got a 25dollar/month plan, super recommended!
