Never received Kwikset lock. I contacted seller "USA Garden Shop" three times and never got a response. I made a previous purchase from USA Garden Shop, and did not receive that lock either, or any response to my emails. BackMarket contacted USA Garden Shop, and also did not receive a response, so I received a refund. In my opinion, USA Garden Shop should be removed as a seller on BackMarket.

Item arrived after three weeks. Never received a delivery communication. Submitted a complain through Back Market, no assistance at all. Item arrived a few days latter in pretty bad shape. Missing screws, no battery pack, keys will not open lock, big scratch. 100% Useless. File a complaint with Paypal and within days I received a refund. Please block this seller from your site. It gives you bad reputation.
