Arrived sooner than expected and it was in like new condition. I love saving money and keeping electronics out of landfills. Verizon customer support was very helpful, we were not able to set up the device via the website. Service for the Gizmo watch was not available on the prepaid plan and there was a 30 setup fee.

I ordered a 'fair' version and was extremely pleased to receive what I perceived to be a watch in excellent condition. I received it faster than originally expected, with updates on delivery every step of the way. Most importantly, my daughter loves her new Gizmo!

I teach art, and I have announced to all my students to stop buying new, and go with you kids -- refurbished is better for the planet. Also, I got a 2013 iPad for chump change, and it works just fine for finding images for reference (which is all we need it for). Plus you have a cool (an entertaining) website. Excellent Quality, works perfectly. I actually order two for my toddlers. They completely enjoy their Ipads. I received them both with 65% battery life already. The are in excellent condition in my opinion. The only thing i didn't like is that i could not update them to the latest software. Making it virtually impossible to download applications in the apple app store on the Ipads.
