Arrived sooner than expected and it was in like new condition. I love saving money and keeping electronics out of landfills. Verizon customer support was very helpful, we were not able to set up the device via the website. Service for the Gizmo watch was not available on the prepaid plan and there was a 30 setup fee.

I ordered a 'fair' version and was extremely pleased to receive what I perceived to be a watch in excellent condition. I received it faster than originally expected, with updates on delivery every step of the way. Most importantly, my daughter loves her new Gizmo!

I teach art, and I have announced to all my students to stop buying new, and go with you kids -- refurbished is better for the planet. Also, I got a 2013 iPad for chump change, and it works just fine for finding images for reference (which is all we need it for). Plus you have a cool (an entertaining) website. You guys and Sticker Mule should be winning prizes. Good job!

We have purchased PC Towers and macbooks from backmarket over the years and all have ran great and stood the test if time. We had one issue with a macbook but backmarket resolved it quick and great! The refurbished iPhone 12pro we just purchased is also working great! We can always count on backmarket for refurbished electronics that work great for years! This is the second item I bought from the Back Market, and both times it was the same as getting a new product. Please keep up the great work! If you are looking at buying from the Back Market, I can say they truly deliver!! Save a lot of money and get a great product!! I have had the iPhone 12 Pro for close to a month now! Battery lasts a day and a half, my old phone was half an hour!!! Everything works great, I’m so happy with it and the money I saved! I bragged all through the holidays on my great buy!!! Ordered a “good condition” iPhone 12pro 256GB. Phone is in top condition and is working flawless. I rated 4 of 5, because the battery came with a health of only 86% which I thought is part of refurbishing a phone. It is still more sufficient than the battery from ky old iPhone 8. Additionally, from an ecological standpoint I think this is fair, and I definitely would buy here again!!!

Everything is in great shape! My only complaint is the tablet was very outdated.. needed to update almost all of the drivers and windows. Had a few issues with that, but got it all figured out. Now the tablet works great!!

Not only did it come in perfect condition, it was 256GB or however many it is. I chosen 64 GB and I got that much instead 👍 plus the color was white on my phone and I chosen grey but I believe it was a good deal also because white a pretty easy color to tell scratches and etc. And this phone holds so many battery life!, it’s just insane and it’s literally a beast it’s so worth it to buy from back market. They’re always hold the standards high for renewables for electronics!

I ordered the "Fair" condition and got what appears to be a phone that seems brand new. No scuffs or screen defects whatsoever. Phone works like a dream and functions like a Samsung straight from the manufacturer. Extremely pleased. This is my second time shopping with Back Market and it won't be the last.
