Phone was in fantastic condition overall. Only issue I have is that it didn’t come with an original Apple display that was sold with the iPhone. Though the display is working, it does not pass Apple diagnostics and sits higher than the frame.

Backmarket makes everything easy to navigate. I knew it was time to upgrade, but I also didn’t want to keep my old phone as I knew it would just sit in a drawer for years until I inevitably decided to toss it which is never a good idea. I searched for refurbished phones on google and came across backmarket. Amazing! It was like they already knew exactly what I was looking for with the “new” refurbished phone being the first thing I saw when I opened the app. I chose the phone I wanted, the color and even the option for quality and then the option to trade in my old phone. Within a couple of days I had my “new” phone and once they received my trade in, their monetary offer was in my account. My “new” phone works like a brand new phone, you wouldn’t even know it was refurbished and the quality is superior! I have a phone I love now and I also feel better about trading in my device with them and contributing to less e-waste! Win win!

Bought iP,hone Xs "Excellent" condition. Looked perfect. Not a scratch. Amazingly had 100% battery health, not 85%. Wow! Only prob was muffled microphone sound (and battery a bit warm). Communicated w/ BackMarket and they were on it immediately. Absolutely communicated within 24 hrs. Told me to do recovery for privacy and send it in. Vendor tried to fix microphone but could not and did not have another Xs in stock. So full refund! (If you get a chance to buy from vendor WeGoWeFix, do so. They respond quickly by text and are very helpful. Just wonderful experience from both BackMarket and WeGoWeFix. I am now be a loyal client of both and am looking for another iPhone Xs on BackMarket. I appeciate companies that live up to their own goals of great customer service.

I really like the phone so much and I really like the fact that there were no cracks in the back or on the screen this phone came in good condition and shape I'm so in love with this phone, I went through 5 androids and I officially have an iPhone for the first time meanwhile I saw how expensive iPhones could be and when I saw advertisements of Back Market I saw how I could order iPhone in a cheaper version with high quality and I'm glad I ordered this iPhone from Back Market.

I purchased the lowest quality possible for the iPhone 11 since I am on a budget. overall the screen looks great and the battery life is great with some minor scratches on the corners of the phone. The shipping was incredibly fast which is also nice. My only very minor complaint is that there are very tiny specks of black on the bottom left corner which appear to be dead pixels. They are not noticeable unless you’re looking at a completely white screen, and there is just a few of them that are like grains of salt size. This doesn’t affect the performance of the phone and is only a minor detail that doesn’t take much away from the fact that i got this phone for a magnificent deal and is a huge upgrade for me from my old s9. I have already recommended this to my eco conscious friends as a great website to buy refurbished goods for cheap.

The phone showed up super quickly and works perfectly. My only real feedback is that it should say somewhere on the description of the phone if the screen has been replaced. Other than that we are completely happy!

very pleased with the cosmetic condition of the phone. Was not able to transfer data from older phone because the Back Market phone opened right away to apps screen as if already set up. I messed with it trying to restart/reset myself before taking to local Best Buy where Geek Squad got the phone to quick start and we finished transfer from there. After that all is going well and am happy to no longer carry an "umbilical cord" like I was for the older phone to remain functional. Battery life is great and i'm very pleased with my purchase from Back Market!

I got it in fair condition and it looked better than i expected. I honestly thought I would see very visible scratches but the scratches on mine weren't too visible. I'm happy with my order and plan on buying more stuff from here.
