The printer has good quality. The reason I ordered the printer, when I go to print menu, it reports the printer is out of paper and won't print. I tested it with both the new and old printer, both of which had paper in the printer. So I am not sure where the problem is with the computer or the printer. Poth printers will print a test print on the printer fine. Any suggestions? Dick Bateman
