Got my husband an android smart phone a few years back. I had an iphone. Was disappointed in the number of incompatibilites there were between our phones, so I got him a phone just like mine, an iPhone XR. I love it. He isn't a techie, but at least I can help him out when he gets lost or hits a wrong icon.

I have brought a few iPhones over the past few years and I have never had any problems. The prices are awesome and I have had great experience when trading in my old equipment. The delivery service is always on time.

Great phone and fairly priced. Perfect for one of my family members. I am a repeat customer and always come here to see what kind of deals I can get. So far I have purchased at least six or more items from here with no disappointment EVER.

This is my second phone I ordered. From the website forst phone was fine and everything was good but this one has way more scratches at the edges and thw back glass also but I did not have time to return or replace it, I had to use it as it is.

The "Very Good" condition was an understatement. It looks and performs like "New"

Works good, Had a few very light marks, but only noticeable because I was looking. Definitely better than paying to replace a screen for an S10, and pretty easy/fast. Arrived a day earlier than expected as well! Battery life seems good on it, was able to put the sim card in ( had to go to tmobile for a new one actually but that was a sim thing, not the phone itself) ALSO It came with a Samsung charger cord/brick, which always seem to work better then chargers at the store!!

Was not kept informed of shipping, but when it was shipped it was shipped by DSL and arrived quickly, Item I received was much better than i thought it would be, perfect condition and I could not be happier with product, I would recommend the retailer to any person in the future very happy customer.

I love my phone. I had the same model once before so I knew what to expect. What I love most about Backmarket is the excellent customer service!! Greg makes the entire process just fun. I love the follow-up. He makes sure his customers are happy. I am a happy cutomer.

Personally I really love my phone. I'm excited to receive it back. The seller I received my phone from said that they'd fix the damage done to my phone for free to which I greatly appreciated as I paid extra for just the color alone. So far I've had an amazing experience with them and am looking forward to receiving my phone back.

I'm very happy with the purchase. Phone arrived as advertised.
