So far, I'm extremely pleased with my new watch! It looks great and functions well -- as soon as I figure out how all the features work, I'll be all set! The only hiccup is that the description said it was the 40mm version, but it's actually the 42mm size. Not a deal breaker, but I was shopping/hoping for the smaller one. Backmarket's selection and service have always been top-!

Okay so this isn’t my first rodeo ordering off of Back Market so to say the least I was not surprised my items were in great condition. I bought two watches for Christmas gifts & everything is perfectly fine. I bought them at excellent condition so everything is working the way it’s supposed to. So satisfied with my purchase. Buying an iPad soon! Thanks again.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase i expected to bass and speakers to sound good but they are way better than good and it was an amazing price 11/10

The mouse works perfectly fine. If anything, I hope it was more thoroughly cleaned before shipping, but this is just a minor drawback.

My teen-aged sons were trying to buy their mother a Christmas gift. All they got was an empty envelope. The package came sealed and empty. The watch was not in the packaging. It has been two business days with out any communication regarding the complaint we sent in. Not satisfied.

The watch couldn't take a charge, the company sent a replacement apple watch charger. Very poor communications.

It restarts for no reason every 5 min
