I got this watch to replace an older model that stopped working suddenly, and the experience was excellent from the easy return and refund (thanks, warranty and insurance!) to receiving this newer model in just a few days. It looks like new, and while the band that came with it is just meh, it's been overall an awesome experience.

Honestly, I was expecting to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised. My item arrived faster than anticipated and was carefully packaged as if it was new. My only complaint is that the charger seems to be a cheap foreign knockoff and it charges kind of hot. I am looking for a brand name replacement for the charger, but the watch itself is top notch. I will buy from Back Market again.

works perfectly fine. it is scratched a little around the watch face and came with aftermarket charger and band. good quality for ordering it in "fair" condition.
