Honestly, I was expecting to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised. My item arrived faster than anticipated and was carefully packaged as if it was new. My only complaint is that the charger seems to be a cheap foreign knockoff and it charges kind of hot. I am looking for a brand name replacement for the charger, but the watch itself is top notch. I will buy from Back Market again.

experience with backmarket was great! shipping was quick and they were very transparent with the different conditions. The watch itself is pretty much exactly what I'd expect for the condition I bought. some minor scratches and paint flaking off, setting it up was annoying but that could have just been my phone. charging can be a bit finicky but it works great for what I needed!

this is my first smart watch and I'm loving it. Can't really say much about it but it's a pretty cool addition to my gadgets. Again I'm really impressed with the service and availability for the item. I bought a screen protector for it and it looks brand new.

works perfectly fine. it is scratched a little around the watch face and came with aftermarket charger and band. good quality for ordering it in "fair" condition.

in good condition minus the couple scratches on the lens that they didn't tell me about but other than that is very happy with it
