Shipped on time, and they work in Find My! I was worried about that, but so far so good! I haven’t tested them out yet to check the quality of music, but I did test the noise cancellation and that was like magic.. lol. Never had newer airpods before so yay!! Great deal, no scratches, no dirt, and in an Apple box! My only concern is the charger is not an apple charger, and I previously had an issue (with a non apple mac charger) through backmarket with the charging device not working, but I haven’t tried to charge this yet, so idk. Fingers crossed it works as perfectly as everything else!

I got the Samsung Galaxy s22 in the Pink Gold color in Excellent Condition and can I just say this is way better than excellent condition, it is like brand new condition! I got it all hooked up with no problems! I absolutely love this phone! Back Market did it again and I will definitely keep getting more from them!

This is actually my first ever Apple Watch. I quite enjoy it so far. Still haven’t learned everything it can do but so far it’s great! The process of finding it in back market was simple. I was able to pick the condition and it looks amazing for a refurbished watch. Almost brand new. It got here very quickly. Only thing I don’t like is the sport band but that’s Apple design. Will be getting a new band soon. All in all tho 5 stars on everything!

I purchased “Excellent”. Arrived earlier than expected. Came fully packaged in apple box with no scratches or sign of being used or refurbished. The sound quality is great. I was worried it would be too big and fall out my ears but they fit perfectly in my ears and remain comfortable even during extended use. battery life is pretty outstanding. Overall this purchase was a win win and it is worth your money.

I got this watch at a great price! No problems with it! It was in very nice condition and came with a charger and band for it! It works amazing and I highly recommend buying your used and refurbished products from here. I bought my MacBook Air from here last year also and have no issues with it, this is the only place I will continue to buy my Apple products from!

I was very happy to find this computer. I had gone to the Apple Store to look at what a brand new MacBook Pro would cost and the price came out to about $3400 before taxes. I wondered if it would be worth it. So I asked ChatGPT. We discussed how I use my computer, my behaviors, and my particular quirks. It said that the latest Mac was more than I needed. It suggested this particular MacBook Pro configuration. I asked it to tell me where I could find it. It gave me the Back Market option and a few others. I chose Back Market and I'm so glad I did. I got the exact model and configuration I wanted for $2100 total including tax and extended warranty. The computer arrived within a few days. It seems like the computer itself is in great condition. I've been using it for a couple of weeks. The cord, however was defective. It charged most of the time, but sometimes, it would stutter. So I took a picture and sent it over to the team at Back Market. They got me a new cord within 5 days. I think this was an excellent exchange despite the very minor hiccups. I'd recommend this computer and Back Market.

I purchased the refurbished, but in "excellent" condition Pixel 6a phone. The phone arrived, get this, completely brand new in the factory sealed box!!! needless to say I'm extremely happy with every purchase I've made through back market. I will definitely buy from them again in the future, and they are the first place I check when I need new (to me) tech.

not sure if refurbishment culture isn't too clean the housing but the housing was a bit fair... so didn't want to touch it. nonetheless, the device is exactly what I hoped it to be and is fully functional. worth the refurbishment and purchase. great refurb
