I am definitely old school; and would only consider buying a new phone. So, that being said, this is my very first time purchasing a refurbished (anything). While contemplating where I was going to purchase a new phone my daughter turned me onto the Back Market site. From locating the brand that I wanted, in the color I wanted (yes, that was a big deal) and so was the price. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or dents anywhere. Processing the payment, tracking the package to my front door (it arrived on time), everything has gone smoothly. All of my information was transferred from the old phone to the new phone without an hitch. While I am still learning to navigate my way around the screens (this was an upgrade); for now I sum it all up by saying that I am very pleased with my purchase. Like so many other folks who reviewed their item, I initially was dubious that the phone I would receive would a) be compatible with my carrier and b) be reasonably flawless. Well. Not only did my phone (S22) arrive EXACTLY when I was told it would, it was fully useable with my carrier...and it was gorgeous! There was not a single scratch, dent, smudge, scuff, or fingerprint to be found. Just for the record, I spent LESS than $400 for a phone that was barely a year old. I couldn't believe it! I tried purchasing from a refurbisher on Amazon, and had to return the item. Stop shopping around! Don't waste any more time!
