The phone is labeled as unlocked and it was not. Went to my service provider because I couldn't get the sim to work myself and they ultimately came to the conclusion that the phone was locked after many failed attempts at getting the sim card to work with this phone. I am now skeptical of buying refurbished from this site because of this dishonest experience. Hopefully in the future, Backmarket will help to police the dishonesty of some of their "verified" sellers. Other than the phone being locked, it worked perfectly as far as I could tell. The phone was not damaged in any way and it was great for the few days I had it. I am now in the process of getting a refund for this device.

I have never ordered a refurbished cell phone until now. I have not had my s22 very long, but so far, so good! It looks brand new, and unless something comes up. I will continue to order my phones from Back Market!

It's a little slow at times, but other than that this phone meets and exceeds all my expectations! Perfect physical condition, sound quality is great, pictures are gorgeous quality, no problems with audio or connectivity at all! My headphones took a bit of effort to pair, but I 100% blame the headphones for that 😂 10/10 experience for my first refurbished phone!

The phone is beautiful. Looks brand new. The only issue i have is the battery life, but i believe its an S22 issue and not the refurbishment.

I got the Samsung Galaxy s22 in the Pink Gold color in Excellent Condition and can I just say this is way better than excellent condition, it is like brand new condition! I got it all hooked up with no problems! I absolutely love this phone! Back Market did it again and I will definitely keep getting more from them!

After a month of testing, I'm surprised by the condition the phone was in when it arrived. It's in better shape than the well-maintained one I've had since release. Everything works as expected, like new. I'm quite happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy or replace a phone. No regrets!
