Wow this was my first time using Back Market and believe me I'll be sure to recommend BM to others I love me Galaxy S25 ultra came in mint condition.

The iPad Air I bought was in great condition. The battery health was 92 and the screen was in great shape as well.

As described, a Mac mini with everything as advertised. I think it's in great shape for "good" condition. Couldn't be happier with purchase and the service.

MacBook Air 2022 is in premium condition as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase and I am very happy with the quality of my "new" MacBook.

Great condition. only problem is the controllers sometimes dont dock, but I heard that is common in switches.

I just received my Galaxy s23 ultra today (fair condition), and all I can say is that I'm amazed with the quality! I don't have much money to spend , so I was kind of hesitant to buy refurbished, but back market definitely changed my mind! I will always continue to support this amazing company, and it's sellers .

10/10! Unbelievable that the phone I received is a "refurbished Locked Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra Green, Fair condition" for a third of the price that a new one is priced at at a carrier's in store or online!!! This is cell phone purchase #2 with Back Market for me and I couldn't be a happier customer than I am with my Back Market experiences all around!!! I recommend Back Market to any and everyone that is looking for electronics new and upgrading!! Also, the extra protection plan(s) and extensions they offer are a must as well as a plus!!
