I have to say, the packaging was AMAZING. I got it for my brother’s birthday and when I say he loved it, he loveeddddd it. There was so much cushion with the packaging to make sure nothing was damaged and I really appreciate that!

Came early and was in band new condition im beyond impressed and delighted!

Only problem was some of the buttons sticking. Often times they are very hard to push. Works great none the less.

As usual the item ordered is in the exact shape as described and ships quickly. I tell people to check you guys out all the time!

Delivered right on time! Everything was included in the box, it was kinda sticky so we had to wipe it down, but nothing major. Great purchase works perfectly

The switch itself was fine, but the controllers that were sent were not the normal ones that come with the switch. Since they were third party and sized differently, they did not fit the handheld accessory attachment. Support was unable to issue a proper refund (which would be the retail cost of the controllers it SHOULD have come with). Do not buy from this seller.
