The only negative was the lack of packing and protection in the box around the phone. Also, FedEx is the worse place to ship within DFW. They will throw packages anywhere and rarely at the door. Tracking is horrible and I am always stressed until the package is in my hand. I avoid FedEx anytime ppssible.

The only negative thing I can say is that the charging cord is received wasn't for this particular phone. it was an older style cord rather than a type c cord.
