GREAT!! I was iffy at first because of some bad reviews, but it came looking new and had a good battery life of 80%. I recommend BackMarket! Its better than buying refurbished items from, lets say best buy. Trust me on this guys!

I was a little bit skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but when I received it, I was so surprised about the quality of the phone. It looks and works like a brand-new phone. The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I didn’t know that I would get such quality for a lesser price.

looooove! i upgraded to the apple watch ultra and my partner got my SE - no new electronics in this household!! only second hand. the price was fantastic, and it was delivered 5 days sooner than expected! 10s across the board!

Just as described. I Love it. My old series 3 was so out dated. The upgrade to the 7 is amazing. Love the new watch faces especially. I was hesitant with a refurbished watch; however, you can’t tell this one is. I did buy a new band for it and a watch cover to add some bling to it. Happy customer here 😃

pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

I rate this 5 stars because I’m super impressed with back market, and Certified Refurbished, they meant it when it said excellent, there was no scratches, no dents, nothing, and an extra bonus was it came with 100% battery health, I’ve never bought from apple before and I feel proud to be apart of back market in helping the world, even though I didn’t get the experience of opening a apple box it still feels like I did, so Thanks to all of you that made this possible for me and everyone else, I really appreciate it!

This is my first time using apple product and i really loved this mouse that too refurbished. I bought the excellent condition one , appearance wise very new no trace of any scratches . Very satisfied with performance and the battery life too. It already came with good charging percent. Its been 3 days since it arrived

I received my Motorola g play today and I thought it was going to be refurbished but it is not. It's a beautiful heavy weighed phone like the newer Samsung 20 model phones 📱. The only thing is that it don't have fast charge. Other than that iam perfectly satisfied and will not buy another from a carrier other Back Market. This is my 2nd phone in less than 2 month's. The 1st one was the Samsung a10e, which is very small a 5"6 inch screen, so I decided to purchase a bigger size phone and went with the Motorola. I already ordered the case and it will be in by Friday. Thank you Back Market you have a purchaser for life.

I love my Apple Watch. It works perfectly. I had tried all types of other smart watches from Garmin, Amazon and Fitbit but all of them felt clunky and lacking what I really needed. This watch has made my life 100x easier by connecting seamlessly with my iPhone. I am so happy that I could get it at only a fraction of the cost of a new one. I will always buy refurbished from this site for all my tech needs from now on.
