    I received my Motorola g play today and I thought it was going to be refurbished but it is not. It's a beautiful heavy weighed phone like the newer Samsung 20 model phones 📱. The only thing is that it don't have fast charge. Other than that iam perfectly satisfied and will not buy another from a carrier other Back Market. This is my 2nd phone in less than 2 month's. The 1st one was the Samsung a10e, which is very small a 5"6 inch screen, so I decided to purchase a bigger size phone and went with the Motorola. I already ordered the case and it will be in by Friday. Thank you Back Market you have a purchaser for life.

    Titled unlocked. Arrived as a locked phone. Otherwise the phone is in good condition. But as of now, useless to me. Would be nice if the seller could keep track of whether their products are locked or unlocked. Will not buy from again.

    The Motorola is working good so far. I like the idea of reusing instead of buying a new one every time we need a new device. This has nothing to do with the Motorola which is working perfectly so far. My concern is with BackMarket not assisting when things get wrong. The only concern I have is, the lack of support from BackMarket if something goes wrong. I bought a used MacBook last year and stopped working after few months and all I got from BackMarket is to contact the seller no assistance. The seller simply told me to reset the laptop and if that does not work try to find a repair shop near me. Next time, I will think twice before making another investment on a used device.

    I'm pretty happy with the phone and the time it took too get here. I was a little concerned it wasn't actually unlocked using Back Market as a new merchant. Metro charged me too connect it to my account and said if it wasn't unlocked if would be permanently locked to theirs. When I looked at the list of available carriers I was able to connect to one with no service, do I know it's unlocked. Metro said I had to be with them for 6 months minimum. Overall I am happy with the phone!

    Well I got the new moto g play 2023, and it is really slow and seems to have a glitch because the screen always does this weird thing like it's going to turn off, or freeze on me. no bueno. but I have bought other things from back market and I didn't have any issues with those items. I still recommend it to my friends and family.
