I have barely owned this for only 2 hours, and this watch has succeeded my expectations. This is my first time buying off of BackMarket - ordered a stainless steel in Excellent condition, and it came almost absolutely mint. The shipping was SO fast -- I have never recieved tech as fast as in 2 days within ordering. Not only did "Excellent" come out absolutely amazing, but my unit ended up coming with 100% battery capacity. As my first Apple Watch, this thing is a blessing coming as refurbished. 5 stars, I am beyond happy with this watch. Good work, BackMarket & Cellfeee.

Arrived extremely quick, like 12 hours after the post office received the watch. Overall condition is pretty good for a fair condition choice. Only problem is the speaker. It sounds like an AM radio station that is very far from your car. A lot of crackling and pretty much impossible have a phone call through it. So can only hear audio through AirPods which isn’t the end of the world. Would’ve been best if they actually tested and refurbished the watch. But it looks like this issue isn’t repairable and I’m unable to get it replaced because I set up cellular and paid the $25 activation fee prior to finding the problem.

As usual my watched arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There was a bit of a learning curve, but that's on me. I've happened to replace my macbook, ipad and iphone all this year (all refurbished through Backmarketof course) and this was a bit of an impulse purchase when I was feeling antsy snowed in and I'm so happy I did. I've probably run out of things to buy, but next time I need to this is the only place I look.

Product had a few scratches and battery health was lower than I was hoping for- only 83% and I do have to charge it more frequently than expected. Past devices I’ve bought refurbished have been mid-upper 90’s…

4 Stars review The Apple Watch Series 7 had a few scratches on the screen and sides, but they aren’t too noticeable unless viewed up close. Since I ordered it in “fair” condition, this was expected. It connected to my phone without issue and updated successfully. I did have some trouble changing the watch face to my photo, but after backing it up using my previous watch’s information, it worked perfectly. It felt slightly warm on the charger, possibly because I used a 2-block holder, but this didn’t seem to cause any problems. The battery life is good so far. Sound it sounds okay so far.Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase

I paid for the “good” condition Apple Watch Series 7 and it came with a pretty good scratch right on the screen and a tiny one towards the bottom. What’s the point of paying for good condition if it comes with a deep scratch in the screen!
