This was supposed to be my wife's Mother's Day gift and boy oh boy was it a huge let down. If this is a refurbished product, why does it look like it is 8 years old (when it's actually 2 years old)???? It is very disappointing because now for Mother's Day I can't give my wife her gift. I mean at some point if it's a refurbished product it shouldn't look like it's been battered and beaten. This doesn't even qualify as a refurbished product, it is beyond used. So disappointing. Definitely returning & making me reconsider using BackMarket again.

I expected the watch to have some wear and tear, but the battery health is not nearly what I expected. I have previously purchased two iPhones and one additional Apple Watch and all those have been excellent. This is the only system that I’ve purchased that was less than my expectation.

Nice watch, band was a little dirty but good overall
