It’s amazing! I love the color the screen was perfect and clean as it should’ve been! The black outline complements the color so well. It works smooth and so far no problems! I loved switching to this phone from the IPhone 15 Pro Max, lol Samsung is way better.

I COULDN’T WAITTT! I couldn’t wait to leave a review for this marvelous product and seller. Which is crazy because this is my first time leaving a detail review of a product and I’m glad to let you guys know that I am ULTIMATELY pleased! I got a MacBook Pro 16” Core i7 16gb 512g for my girlfriend for christmas because she’ll be starting school in January. She was expecting an Ipad which I considered, but her ultimate goal was a MacBook due to the cost to buy one brand new from Apple, so this product definitely met the standard of GREAT quality on a Very Veryy friendly budget lol. No signs of damages whatsoever. It literally looks brand new, as I got the Excellent version. I wanted it to be perfect because she was going into her school year with an old HP laptop that runs on 4GBRam which is awful because Windows 11 was installed. So I had to downgrade her to Windows 10 just so it could run somewhat smoothly. She had a meeting with zoom with her fellow classmates and was limited to what she could’ve done which was very frustrating for her. I felt her pain, but had to keep it cool because I knew what was on the way lol. So I want to express a deep deep thank you to the seller for this pristine product man. It’s not even mine and I’m happy haha! I was iffy about the site but was highly recommended by a friend of mine and with me doing extensive research on reviews, it swayed me to make the decision. Again, I am very much so pleased and I’ll be back FOR SURE!!!!

Switching over to the iPhone 16 was great! It was really easy to switch from an older iPhone to the iPhone 16 with the eSIM because I didn't have to "open up" my phone and re-install my SIM or bother with changing to a nano-SIM card.

I was so nervous to buy a refurbished MacBook from this website. I was even more nervous when I received my very first MacBook and it looked like it had been dropped from the Empire State Building. Huge dents on the top of the lid, and every corner had giant gashes to where there were even chunks of metal missing. I knew I had ordered one in “fair” condition but all the reviews I had seen had shown really nice looking ones, even ones in fair condition were pretty pristine. So I just sighed and wished I had paid a little extra for “good condition”. But then I opened the lid, and was really mad. The screen also had damage which was NOT supposed to happen even in fair condition. Several areas of pixels missing, and in the corner was a foggy like appearance. I contacted customer service and they immediately told me my options - return for a refund, or return and see if the sender could repair it. If they couldn’t, they would replace it. I opted to send it back and get it repaired if able, or replaced. It couldn’t be repaired, so I was sent a replacement. And let me tell you - my replacement is PERFECT! Not one dent, ding, or scratch. It’s SOOOO pretty. It looks brand new, and more importantly it works great. 100% battery health as well. Throughout the whole process, Back Market’s customer service was quick to communicate and check in with me. This speaks volumes and I will absolutely purchase through here again!

The headphone jack doesn't seem to work, but I'm convinced it's a software issue and not a problem with the laptop itself. Everything else works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cosmetic condition of the machine. I took the back panel off to see if I needed to dust off the fans, and it was pristine inside as well! I appreciate the attention to detail. When I'm doing basic web browsing, I can get 6+ hours of battery life, but SolidWorks (which is what I bought this for due to the Quadro GPU) cuts that down as expected, to around 2.5 hours. I'm really satisfied with how well this laptop performs and how well the seller refurbished it. Thanks to all involved!
