My phone arrived when it was supposed to. It was packaged well, and despite it being labeled as “fair” I only could barely see a tiny little scratch on the side. Once I put a case on there – no more scratch! The phone powered on and worked just like it was new from Apple. I will definitely be buying from back market again and will be recommended them to anyone in the market for refurbished electronics.

It arrived timely and in great condition. It was well packaged and came with a charger. I ordered an Apple tablet for my daughter because she accidentally broke her tablet that she uses for college. I went into a repair store and was told about Back Market. I will be ordering again from this site for all electronics needs.

I bought an Apple Watch Ultra in black. Love the look of it and it has a rugged protective band, bright display. My watch holds a charge for 24+ hours and is only down to 60 or 70% full. Highly recommend this place if you want to pay less for an Apple Watch.

The phone came brand new no scratches on the back or front or the side or the camera. No scratches at all. The only thing is the battery came 95% but it’s t brand new just with 5% of the battery juice gone but I love the phone and definitely all Apple parts. They didn’t change anything.

I’ve ordered another iPhone 13pro before receiving this iPhone 11 pro max. I already had the trust on BackMarket and they just made this stronger by their first shipment to me.
