So far so good! I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now & no issues. There were a couple scratches on the bottom but other than that, that was the only problem. It was slow at first but after updating I haven’t had any problems. Also the older models are known for overheating but I don’t have that issue at all. I recommend getting the excellent condition.

Bought an excellent condition and it came in excellent, very minor scratches on the backside but it was super clean and works very well. The charger felt really cheap but still charges and comes with a stylus.

It came super fast. I got the excellent condition and when it came, everything worked, I set it up right away and everything transferred over good. There were also no visible scratches, dents or flaws. Overall, I would rate this Experience a 10 out of 10.

The laptop arrived in great condition. A few nicks here and there but that was expected and nothing that concerns me. The battery life is still at 92% capacity and it runs great. This is my second laptop from Back Market and I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Great product! Looks and acts like it is new. Specifically being used to extend medical device signals to my personall Cell Phone. Very pleased with the quality and expediant delivery. It's my second device from Back Market and both have been great!

Excellent the phone was in like new condition packaging was beyond satisfactory the phone was at 4% when received but that means nothing now, this phone works in every way 💯 % battery is long lasting all sounds phones quality pitcher's all r as new phone was unlocked so i was able 2 add my sim card n ready 2 go 0 issues i am super happy with my purchase I would definitely recommend

It came in pretty much perfect condition. The inner screen was flawless, and the phone worked perfectly from my initial testing. There were a few scuffs on the outer display in the top right corner, and some scuffs on the metal frame, but honestly it feels pretty much like new. Battery condition was excellent as far as I can tell, and overall the phone feels like new. Honestly, this was an amazing way to test out a foldable! 100% would recommend if you've always been curious about foldables

Did a decent amount of research between buying refurbed from Apple vs Back Market and Best Buy. Chat GPT helped me strike the perfect balance between my top 3 motivators: frugality, quality, and longevity on which model, year, chip, memory, top trusted resellers etc to go with. I only received my MacBook yesterday so, first reaction here... arrived in excellent condition per description, and right on time. HOWEVER, as another buyer noted, this reseller does NOT include apple cord or charger and sends a new non-name brand (Awanta) USB-C cable/charger combo. Disappointed but I suppose that's part of the savings? Not sure; but glad I read that before being surprised upon delivery.
