I was so skeptical about ordering from Back Market, but baby let me tell you! I wasn’t expecting what I got at all! I ordered a MacBook Pro 2020 in “Good” condition, but it came in Excellent and honestly feels brand new. No scratches, no dents, nothing at all. I feel so lucky right now. Thank you so much, Back Market. Shout out to my supplier! my order we came in fast. you definitely gained a loyal customer. I’ll 100% be ordering more in the future!

My IPhone 12 mini came in perfect condition, although, I ordered in Fair condition it came perfect, which I loved. The seller upkept this phone. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and came within two days. The phone also came with a charger, so I didn't have to buy one. I will be ordering again maybe a laptop or another phone.

The condition was stated as Fair, but the computer looked brand new! I got the MacBook Pro initially for running Adobe Creative Cloud, and it runs everything super smooth with no problems. I also use it for casually watching animes and the graphics are truly insane. Would highly recommend snatching one up during a deal!

Well I bought a IPhone 14 Pro Max (excellent condition) wouldn’t take out the box for about a week and a half after I received it, was waiting on the case I had bought to come in the mail. I didn’t want anything to happen to it. The last time I had a new iPhone was 2018. So I was really excited to get it! Just let me say that I am so pleasantly impressed by the quality of my iPhone! It looks brand new! Thank you and when it’s time to trade in. I’ll be coming back to y’all!

I chose excellent condition gen 1 pixel watch, since it was on a sale for around 45 dollars. When it arrived I wasn't expecting a brand new watch in box! It could have been resealed but even if it was, it was definitely convincing enough for me and it works great for my pixel 6a. Thanks!

GREAT!! I was iffy at first because of some bad reviews, but it came looking new and had a good battery life of 80%. I recommend BackMarket! Its better than buying refurbished items from, lets say best buy. Trust me on this guys!

I was a little bit skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but when I received it, I was so surprised about the quality of the phone. It looks and works like a brand-new phone. The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I didn’t know that I would get such quality for a lesser price.

Just as described. I Love it. My old series 3 was so out dated. The upgrade to the 7 is amazing. Love the new watch faces especially. I was hesitant with a refurbished watch; however, you can’t tell this one is. I did buy a new band for it and a watch cover to add some bling to it. Happy customer here 😃
