Works great so far! Only slight scratches around the charging port but that's expected with something used and with the case that I installed you can't even see it. I really enjoy the large screen for music transcription and reading tabs/chords when playing instruments. Excellent ease of purchasing, quick and adequate updates on orders and overall a good place to buy from. I will definitely use Back Market again!

As usual Back Market came through with flying colors. I was nervous about getting a phone in anything less than Excellent condition, but this time around, a replacement phone was an unplanned event, so I risked it. Was I pleasantly surprised that you cannot see scratches unless you look closely, and the screen is perfect... I am ecstatic! My Apple Watch now works (reason for the replacement) and I'm receiving iOS updates again on my shiny "newish" phone! I always recommend Back Market to my friends, and I will continue to do so! Amazing! I was unsure about buying it but Black Market way exceeded my expectations. Not only did I get a 3,000 Mac for a great price, way below that, but it came on time, in fact before I was told it wold arrive and It is in like new condition, works perfectly.. The purchase process was easy, the website was easy to navigate and compare several laptops at a time. I will definitely recommend Black Market and use it again for my next Apple product purchase.

Just got it so haven’t really put it to the test but I’m so happy! You’d almost swear it has never been used! It’s lovely, clean, no visible signs of wear that I can see and powered up quite happily! Bought it to write and format my children’s picture book. Even gave my little Dell a name. He shall be named ‘Fenwick’

This IPhone was in great condition. I was even able to add it to my AppleCare plan. I always buy from this company. That’s why it’s good to read reviews and only buy from companies that have a minimum rating of 4.4.

I absolutely love my dell! It runs very smoothly and it was in excellent condition! For those who are interested in getting this computer and feel like there’s not enough storage, fear or not! I separately purchased an additional 8 GB of RAM and installed it myself. Very easy and customizable. Lastly, if you like to play games like the Sims, this laptop runs it very well. I bought it specifically for this purpose and I’m very happy with my results.

My IPhone 12 mini came in perfect condition, although, I ordered in Fair condition it came perfect, which I loved. The seller upkept this phone. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and came within two days. The phone also came with a charger, so I didn't have to buy one. I will be ordering again maybe a laptop or another phone.

The condition was stated as Fair, but the computer looked brand new! I got the MacBook Pro initially for running Adobe Creative Cloud, and it runs everything super smooth with no problems. I also use it for casually watching animes and the graphics are truly insane. Would highly recommend snatching one up during a deal!

Well I bought a IPhone 14 Pro Max (excellent condition) wouldn’t take out the box for about a week and a half after I received it, was waiting on the case I had bought to come in the mail. I didn’t want anything to happen to it. The last time I had a new iPhone was 2018. So I was really excited to get it! Just let me say that I am so pleasantly impressed by the quality of my iPhone! It looks brand new! Thank you and when it’s time to trade in. I’ll be coming back to y’all!
