The phone was delivered as advertised. It was in perfect condition with no visible scratches & works perfectly! This is the 3rd phone I’ve bought from back market all being excellent experiences. Best website to use for refurbished phones hands down!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my new ThinkPad T480S, everything about my experience buying from Back Market was amazing! From the delivery updates, the quality in which I received the box and the excellent condition in which the computer was. My device is running like brand new, I would 100% purchase again from Back Market.

The speaker is just as perfect as if I bought it new. I am very happy with this purchase because as a musician it is very important to have at least a decent speaker nearby, and I feel like I've won the lottery with this refurbished JBL. It came with original box, and the shipping was super fast. Simply great!

I honestly was going to order my Apple Watch in Excellent condition and somehow forgot to choose that amd ordered whatever the default is for their system. Well let me just say. I love my new refurbished watch! You would not be able to tell that it is used or refurbished at all. Maybe a few minor very minor screen rubs. You have to look really close under a microscope to see them. Ot runs great. The battery life is wonderful which was one of my biggest concern’s. I will never again purchase brand new electronics if they are available on this site. They are just as good as a new Device. If you are thinking about buying an Apple Watch from back market don’t hesitate. You will be very pleased when you get your Watch.

Cell fee delivers excellent refurbished phones. Ordered this Samsung A15 to use as an MP3 player in my Salon space. It's just what I needed. Quality internal music player, plus I loaded my booking, timer, smart plug and calendar apps to run my salon business on WiFi. Excellent price, battery lasts days and if I ever need another phone, phone, I've got it!

This phone is absolutely perfect I love it!!! I’ve been wanting to upgrade from my iPhone 11 for awhile because I had it since 2020 and I was looking for other places to purchase a phone without paying Apple an arm and a leg. When I found backmarket I was a bit skeptical but upon doing a lot of research I decided to make the purchase. Best. Decision. Ever!!! The phone came in decent packaging and was in better than excellent condition in my opinion! Phone feels and looks brand new!!! Phone has all original Apple parts with 89% battery and very few faint scratches around the bottom edges of the phone. However, it’s very hard to see any defects, you won’t be able to tell it’s there! I wanted to use the phone for least a few days before leaving this review to ensure everything is fully functional and since receiving the phone, I’ve had 0 issues. I set up my phone via esim and everything transfered over smoothly. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase from Liberty Tech Group LLC again!

I’m grateful for this opportunity to get a chance to have a laptop. I went to Apple to take a free class on the MacBook. It helped me understand more about a laptop after more than a decade of primarily using application based tech; iPhone, iPad, wearables, and Chromebook. I picked the pre M chip because I could afford it and still have a great operating system. I also need it for job training purposes should I enroll in school again. Again thank you so much.

I received the device more quickly than it originally estimated, and I am very pleased with what I received! The macbook is listed in fair condition, which you can see from a small scratch on the outside and a very small dent on the lid, but the screen appears to be flawless. You can see that the keys have been used fairly heavily, but otherwise, it is in very good condition. Battery was at 91%, and everything in the hardware is as described. The only thing that I would say was in "poor" condition was the provided charging plug, but although it looks heavily used, it works well. I know sellers are not required to provide apple chargers, and this one is at least an apple one. Overall, my experience with this product, this website, and this seller has been phenomenal. Thanks Back Market, for a great computer at a great price!

Real Customer here! Shipping was fast and efficient on time. MacBook Air was PERFECT CONDITION. At first I thought I got played cause it said something about an administration was on it but all I did was turn it off and back on and she worked perfectly 🤍 I’m so in love, will be buying off BackMarket again for future items.
