    I ordered a device in excellent condition and what i got seems to be a fair device... The back has numerous scratches which are quite visible and distracting The sides are faded all through and you can see the the naked aluminium Lastly the worst issue.....the screen has been replaced....this in itself isn't a problem.....the issue is that it was replaced with the lowest grade screen they could get... iPhone 12 should have an oled screen...and clearly mine has a LCD The blacks look light grey...the colors are washed out..and text is blurry I compared with a friends iphone 12 and the difference was vast... totally two different experiences If you refurbished a device shouldn't it match the design specifications? Generally feel cheated

    I bought this like a space gray on excellent condition, but got a silver one. I didn't realize at the moment and I'm no longer at the US, however, the colour wasn't very important for me. Still, no complaints. I've been using it for 8 months now and no issues at all. It also came in pristine condition, just like a brand new one. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

    The quality of the phone did not match the stated condition according to the condition standards as defined by Back Market. It was close, and perhaps an oversight on the sellers part, but it was not what I was expecting. BTW, those very clearly stated standards are a gift to both buyers and sellers. Customer service was amazing. And their 30 day return window and one year warranty give me confidence purchasing through Back Market. They are now, more than ever, my first choice when looking for the phone I'm after. I do recommend checking sellers ratings and reviews while your shopping.

    I ordered a iPhone 8 Plus Red- However they sent me black this is for my mom birthday and red is her favorite color I wish they would have communicated and told me they didn’t have red after I placed my order.
