    I paid for a factory unlocked phone with no bloatware. I got a phone with apps that show up when I go to the play store, but don't show up anywhere else. I can't access them to uninstall. No idea how many more are taking up room on the product I paid for. Also, this website floods your email with spam, even if you uncheck the box about offers.

    Shipping was adequate (ordered Wed. arrived Sat.). The physical condition of the phone itself was as advertised (excellent) and aside from a few adhesive smudges on the back, that rubbed off with a little elbow grease, there were no visible scratches or marks anywhere. As for the phone itself (specs), this was NOT the phone that was advertised. It was a model year older, and wasn't even the same model number as listed. It had half the RAM than what was advertised (probably because of the different model number). And given the model year difference the processor capability is far less. This now makes me question if it is even 5G capable. and I am also now questioning the battery (advertised 5000Mah, arrived packaging says 4000Mah). There are too many other things I could mention here but in the interest of brevity, you get the gist. I will reserve comment on customer service as of yet since it's Mon. morning. My original contact was Thur. afternoon (the day after ordering and yes, before it arrived). This is when I was trying to research the model number, which was misleadingly listed without the proper dash. This was when I discovered it was probably a fraudulent listing for a model year prior. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I've been looking for a 'new' phone for months and thought I had found it, only to be mislead and taken advantage of. IMHO, at a minimum, I think the seller should be held liable for false advertising. I'll wait to see what customer service says before lodging a formal complaint with the FTC.

    The buds came in a new box and looked brand new but for some reason the charging case for them didn't charge the buds. Fortunately, I was just getting replacement buds so I was able to use my black base charging station for them and the buds are operational. They seem to work decent and don't mind having a black case so I am keeping them. Otherwise, I would have had to return them. But I am satisfied.
