    Some of the iPhone 17 Pro Max sellers are legit, some aren’t. If you get scammed, you may or may not get your money back. I personally did after about 4-5 days of talking to back market support, but plenty or reviews say they didn’t. Support told me you can change the seller that you buy from, but when I figured out how to see who’s selling me the product, i couldn’t change them 🤣 So now I don’t wanna buy it off here again even though the deal is about the best you can find without a service provider. If you’re braver than me and wanna take the gamble of getting a legit seller, full power to you.

    Your customer service and communication process is unacceptable. If you're not going to properly vet sellers and prevent the growing number of scam complaints on your platform, the least you can do is provide timely and effective support to the customers who are spending money with you. I never received my order. After contacting UPS, I was informed that the shipping label associated with the tracking number did not match my delivery address. I opened a claim on June 2 and provided all requested documentation, including proof of identity and proof of address, on day one. Since then, I've been stuck in an endless cycle of automated responses and delays. At first, responses came every few hours. As the claim escalated, communication slowed to one response per day—often without answering the questions being asked. Back Market has since informed me that the phone was activated by someone else, a police report was filed, and the device was blacklisted. Yet I am still waiting for meaningful updates regarding my refund while continuing to deal with the consequences of a transaction that was never fulfilled. Today is June 11, and I haven't received any response from customer service in two days. What exactly is the holdup? Customers should not have to chase a company for answers after being scammed through its marketplace. Also if you can see the seller, do NOT buy from AlphaIO Tech LLC!

    I never received my phone. USPS Tracking number is from some book store to an unknown address in my city and zip code. Seller is not real. No phone number listed. Address comes back to a Postal Annex business mailbox that is not rented and the name is not known to the Postal Annex employee. AlphaIO Tech LLC is a scam and should be removed from the Back Market system.
