    So the service and phone from Black Market is very good and has always been, this is like the third phone I bought from them. I will use them anytime I have to purchase another phone, usually 2 a year because I drop them in creeks! LOL The only reason I gave a neutral experience is because the phone I received was an unlocked Verizon phone and the power and volume control buttons are slightly different location than other phone so it does not match up with a stand case for my phone. Not sure if everyone knows this, but the 5G in a verizon phone is slightly different than the others which sets the buttons slightly off. I wish I would have non this prior to buying. Unfortunitly, I needed an unlocked phone for my UK trip.

    As a first time buyer with Back Market, this seller APAC SOLUTIONS, was truly disappointing. I was sent both the wrong model and color of phone. Received a Galaxy A53 in black instead. Seller could not honor a replacement or correction, only option was refund and wait for money back. Totally frustrating. The only pleasant thing was Back Market customer service. Though. 5% promo code hardly covers the refund timeline and reorder inconvenience. Still, I've given it one more shot with a different vendor, so fingers crossed.

    It was not unlocked as stated so I had to return it. I needed a phone asap, so I bought a different phone while waiting fir the return to process. I am still waiting on my refund and the phone was received by back market over a week ago. I have messaged multiple days with no response. I can't believe this is happening and that I am even having to consider filing a dispute with my bank!

    Try to figure out if the phone was just different. Obviously we have issues with speaker not working properly as well as phone, not charging properly having to be restarted to charge the phone as well as when incoming calls or answered it hangs up immediately. I am using the link sent on the 10th to return this item for a full refund which it states I should have within two days once I go to UPS tomorrow morning. My original purchase of my iPhone 12 Pro was very good. This purchase sucked. I hope there are no issues with the return and refund of this purchase.
