Phone only had minor dents and scratches on the metal borders of the phone, one small screen scratch that was able to be un-noticable using WhiteStone Dome Glass with the liquid glue that turned that small screen scratch to nothing, AccuBattery reported battery health as 89% Overall very happy with this phone!

Been using this phone for half a year and I still enjoy it. ordered fair condition 256gb storage, came pretty much unsused. The camera is awesome. The battery is doing okay although under heavy usage like maps or navigator it tends to discharge after obviously but it's not the worst in terms of holding the charge. Also the overheating happens pretty often but I don't think it will affect anything else. Perfect phone for $200 budget

i love my new phone!! delivery was a mess bc of usps but thats neither here nor there lol. i got it in ‘good condition’ and it’s gorgeous! only a few scratches and they are barely noticeable. great service and phone :)

Ordered phone in "Good" condition, was regretting that decision a bit after doing so but, phone arrived in about 3 days, and is absolutely perfect. You'd never know that it wasn't brand new. Highly recommend, and will be ordering all my future phone upgrades from BackMarket from now on.

Phone was even better than described was shipped quickly and works perfectly. My trade-in went smoothly and everything was done promptly with great communication every step of the way. I will come back to BackMarket every time I need to replace my phone (as well as any other tech they can help with)
